Health & Safety Policy Statement
 

LINPAC, Inc. recognizes that there is no job or objective so important that we will risk the safety or health of any employee to achieve it. Our expressed intent is to have zero accidents in the workplace. Therefore, it is our goal to eliminate hazardous operations that can result in injury or physical harm.

This policy further directs that:

A. All necessary measures be taken to comply fully with all applicable federal, state, and local safety codes and laws.
B. Site safety program, policies, and procedures will be maintained to establish and promote safe work practices by each employee.
C. A program designed to thoroughly investigate all accidents which result in injury or significant property damage will be maintained. The objectives of this program is to determine the casual factors and actions to prevent recurrence.
D. A program of in-house safety; health, and housekeeping inspections will be maintained, including procedures for priority action to correct substandard conditions by feasible engineering controls, administrative controls, or by providing and requiring and the use of personal protective equipment.
E. An evacuation plan and program, a fire protection plan, and a chemical spill and prevention program will be maintained with clearly defined responsibilities and training requirements to insure safe and orderly evacuations, adequate fire protection, and proper containment and/or cleanup.

Each member has the personal and individual responsibility of all employees. And every employee is expected to continuously improve our housekeeping, to identify safety hazards and deficiencies in the safety system or programs, and provide input in finding corrective solutions.

Through mutual responsibility and personal accountability on behalf of every manager and employee, LINPAC, Inc. can insure the safest work environment possible.
